GENERAL

• I have the right to decline orders I’m not comfortable working with.
• I have the rights to post the commission result as my sample (I will post the results when allowed by the client).

REVISIONS

• You are allowed up to 5 revisions, otherwise there will be an additional fee of $5 per revision. If it is my own fault (ex. forgetting a detail, misuse of colors etc.) the fee will not apply.

PROCESS

• I will start the work if all the requirements are completed and once the payment is settled.
• I will notify you the update or progress of the design.

DEADLINE AND DELIVERY

• Stingers - 3 days
• Stream Overlays - 1 week
• MV Lyric - 2 weeks

I'm going to send you the preview first before rendering the final result.

NB: If for some reason I'm unable to meet these deadlines you will be notified ASAP.

USE

• Any item you commission from me must be credited properly! You must credit me on your Twitch/Youtube with a link to my Twitter
• Do not claim my work as your own or redistribute/sell my works.

REFUNDS

Once I start your commission you will not be eligible for a refund please keep that in mind when commissioning me.
